Reimagining Sustainable Construction with Reusable Steel Structures

Methodologies and Innovations

Below is a small compilation of some examples of connections using this method of joining :

  1. Cross-union between wing profiles: a union can be achieved by forming the desired angle through the selection of the appropriate intermediate plate, as it is this that determines the position of the staples.

  2. Parallel union between wing profiles: this is a variant of the previous example, where the two profiles are positioned parallel to each other, and no angle is formed between their wings.

  3. Inclined union between wing profiles: in this case, the joining element used between both profiles allows us to achieve a specific angle between them.

  4. Union between the head of the profile and the web of the profile: the staples allow for many connections, such as one in which two profiles are in contact through two very different parts, namely the head and the web respectively.

  5. Union between the wing of the profile and an external element: in addition to the union between profiles, the staples allow for the fastening of a structural profile to an external element such as walls, ceilings, etc.

Below is a small compilation of examples of connections using the patented clamps joints method, a highly efficient and effective solution:

1. Removable and Configurable Fastening System for Structural Profiles (ES2432915A1). This fastening system enables the removable and configurable connection of structural profiles. The design incorporates clampss that can be adjusted to various profile sizes, facilitating their reuse and reconfiguration without prior preparations.

2. Lateral Union System Using Clamps for I or H Profiles (ES2527338B2). This system is focused on the lateral union of I or H-shaped profiles through clamps. Its primary advantage lies in its ability to provide a robust and stable connection without requiring welding, thereby simplifying structures' disassembly and reconfiguration process.

3. Removable Union System Using clampss for I-Beam Metal Profiles (P201500659). This system utilizes specific clampss to join I-beam metal profiles in a removable manner. The notable feature of this patent is the ease of assembly and disassembly, allowing for rapid reconfiguration of structures without inflicting damage on the components.

4. Removable Union System Between Beam Flanges and Column Web for I or H Profiles (P201600667). This system facilitates the removable union between the flanges of a beam and the web of a column in I or H profiles. The patent details the utilization of clampss that enhance the installation and adjustment of the joint, thereby providing flexibility and efficiency in the construction of metal structures.

5. Removable Base System for H-Profile Columns (P201600667).  This patent describes a removable base system designed for H-profile columns. This system employs clampss to secure the columns to the base, enabling easy disassembly and relocation, making it ideal for temporary structures or those requiring frequent modifications.

6. Removable and Reconfigurable Union System for Square Tube Profiles (ES250164B2). This system is engineered to unionize square tube profiles, offering a removable and reconfigurable solution. The clampss employed allow for the adjustment and securing of the profiles without welding, thus facilitating the assembly and disassembly of structures.

7. Removable System for Angle-Adjustable Union of Square Tube Profiles (P201500438). This patent introduces a system that permits the angle-adjustable union of square tube profiles using clampss. This design is particularly advantageous for constructions requiring specific and adjustable angles, offering flexibility and ease of assembly.

8. Removable Anchoring Base for Square or Rectangular Profiles (P201400513). This removable anchoring base system is designed for square or rectangular profiles. It utilizes clamps to secure the profiles to the base, enabling straightforward installation and disassembly without compromising the structure’s stability.
